Not worth much. Laying of Hands is generally considered BIS for a phys bowazon. These are pretty good gloves though. I'd say it's worth around an Ist but you will have a hard time selling them.
Always accepting Worusk's End and Korlic's Pain statues for trades. Also accept keys for trades.
Sadly not 10% Blood Gloves.

LoH is the budget go-to item but not BIS. BIS would be Blood Gloves with 20 IAS, 2 passive skills, 10cb, dex and str or something like that.
2/20 bow skills are BIS for magezons. It's not a favorite build these days though, so indeed hard to sell. And even though str, fr, and lr are all good, the rolls are too low to reach super high value. But you should be able to get a bit more than Ist.
