It is hard because there is no good list of all prices and the prices change over time!
Sometimes this website is very helpful to determine the approximate price.
Items with perfect or very good roll are more expensive.
For some people:
Sunders with -70 around Ist
Sunders with -80 or less however are already considered trash. (very cheap or free )

no problem I will keep searching. I am currently trying to beat hell difficulty and I need as much good gear and I have a lot of gems so I am seeing what I can get. thank you for the response and I will try to find that Ist rune
