Hard to say. On the face of it, nothing. People that need

Teleport usually need more charges and there are better options for the later stages of the game, all of which do not impact your non swappable slots (though admittedly it is very easy and fast in D2R to swap items). However, if you just have to have that extra dozen charges, could be worth as much as that buyer is willing to pay (within reason).

I personally never keep these unless it's early on in the season.
