I think it's very good.
Mana is super high, it's a good Great Wyrm's affixes (61-90 mana) + a good mana roll from the craft (10-20).
Both fcr and mana reg rolled max.

So despite one wasted affix and str being only mid roll, I'd say it's super good for ES sorc. For them, 10 fcr on amulet is often enough (Griffon, mages/Trang, viper, arach =95).

Ladder ends in a few days, so I'd go for non-ladder value or wait to sell on non-ladder.

I'd value this around 3~5

P.S. Cant find info about start 13 season

It is based on the average time of previous ladder seasons, last time I believe they only announced it a few days before, whilst in the past, a few weeks. Best guess is around the 15th of Jan. It is better to sleep on it indeed.
