Early projection of end of season 12 / start of season 13 have been mid January 2026 but so far the rumor mills have been silent.

Does anyone have any insights or informed estimates?

Yes, since season 10 and season 11 both lasted for about 105 days each, if season 13 follows then January 16, sounds about right.

22 Nights of

Terror ends January 16th too. Starting a new season during that existing transition makes sense.

Edit: No, no it doesnt end 16 Jan. It ends 7 Jan.

There are a lot of calls for it from players in Blizzard forums, and I've read some rumors about the Moaic runeword being nerfed in season 13, but I don't think it's been confirmed.

Nobody knows yet, but it has been ladder-only for a while now, so chances are high it will stay that way.

What's interesting is the extra space next to the 3 shared stash tabs. There now is room for 2 additional stash tabs. Just maybe we will get them with the next patch. Hope dies last. If we don't, then the next patch will probably just be about fixing a wrong font size in Nahuatl.

On a scale of 1 to P, I'd say the odds are in the purple range that Blizzard does something with Mosaic for this ladder reset.

The prediction is made by Google AI. Its logic is based on previous 2 season, 105 days or longer, like past, that prediction based on past is saying it should be
mid jan or early Feb.

The 22night thing, in past , it does not need patch , like last year.

The only time I use Google AI is when I try to start a debate (okay argument!) between it and another AI for fun, and it does work.

Google AI , it is NOT accuracy most of time.

But sometimes luck hits. It is also good at write novel. Recently I read some google AI made novel, quite good, better than some writer.

Few weeks ago, some ai keep to insist max-min damage is better than 20 poison over 2 second in low level.

I build the argument, they start to fight. The one, google AI insist max-min damage, keeps losing and stand still his idea, even through every point he stand keep beat up. And it keeps the correct thing that been beat up and insist its original conclusion. Then I start feel boring about that.

The Google AI will not change his conclusion even if it admit everything it stand is wrong.

About the safety thing, I have experience of that. There is a novel about a man jump to cliff to

Dodge enemy , his soul went back to different universe and start his super power when he start his 'second life' as 0 age infant.

The original story line is about he has previous life experience and start romantic story with the other half and experience adventure, revenge his second life race killer with super power.

I try to let AI simulate what will happen if alien (xenomorph) invade that earth and simulate detail.

Guess what, it refuse my command.

Ooh. That would be nice. This will be the first season I'll actually be available to join in a timely manner. Sadly I don't think Xbox/switch have the same size of following as PC to facilitate that.

Blizzard has traditionally announced the reset 2 weeks in advance - last season, however, the announcement came just 8 days before the reset.

So, normally I'd say that it's too late for a Jan 16th reset (the announcement should have come last week), but given last reset's shorter notice, there might be a reset announcement tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday. If this Thursday & Friday passes without any announcement, the reset will most likely be delayed at least 1 week more.
