Question about my pally which I worked for 2 years to prepare :(

Hello guys, kind of a noob here, been playing for some time but I still don't have a very good knowledge of the game maybe you can shed some light.

So after many months of grinding and looking for runes I have managed to build myself an Avanger paly, missing only Grief but will get that too. I have replaced it with unique

Phase Blade, forgot the name lightsaber or something, looked pretty good. Still missing my CTA for BO but I have around 1300 life.

And 19% lifesteal. And with vengence I hit pretty nice, but my life doesn't seem to go up when hitting the mobs, am I missing something, I know vengence adds a lot of elemental damage that doesn't work with lifesteal but i still should be able to heal some more considering I am hitting very very fast.

Sorry if the question is kindergarden level I just wanted to understand a bit better.

Also I feel like

Conviction usually has a lag before applying, so my dreams always hit before res are broken with the first shot but this is another topic.

The weapon you mentioned is

Lightsabre.

Conviction aura can break almost every lightning immunities, some of fire immunities. cold immunity is very hard to break. In fact life steal only works with physical damage, so in order to get more life steal, you can change to a weapon that provides more physical damage or get a source of

Life Tap, like

Dracul's Grasp.
