It's far too bad. Not sure which runewords are allowed in pvp but even when you look at unique weapons you have Death Cleaver or Azurewrath and so on. A rare weapon should at least beat those uniques.
Nah. +Skills for barb isnt worth much, especially compared to say, a FoH paladin. And for a barb, +AR & +dmg would be more desirable instead. Also no IAS, and not ethereal.
