I've been working on an off-meta build and just realized something today...
Mist runeword in a Diamond Bow only gives 10% bonus to attack rating, not 20%.
If my math is correct, 6178 base X 1.2 (120%) should be 7413. When equipped I'm only getting 6795 base!
This is a build that I have to focus heavily on AR and losing 10% is a pretty big deal I feel...

The AR% bonus on the weapon works additively with any bonus you get from your skills (most attack skills grant some AR%, some classes have passive AR% bonuses, like Amazon via Pierce and Barbarian via weapon masteries, etc). Have you accounted for that?
