Ice Blast (30/30 Charges)

1st ring : not bad but not great. All 3 res rolled average, min damage is not bad, FCR is fine, life is fine but high average too. My bet would be 2-3

2nd ring : now we are talking. 10 FCR, perfect 20 STR, 1 but perfect 10 all res, 24 fire res, good roll (can make for the fres missing on Spirit). Attack rating can be useful though average roll,

Ice Blast is bad. Still, would value this around

Jah, perhaps even more - wait for a second advice on that one.

2nd one is between 1 and 15

Jah. I think it's worth aiming for higher value and selling longer.
