A couple pgems at most. You need a decent prefix (all res, +3 skill tree, etc) along with the tele charges to have any real value.

it is early amulet, you can try .
But the player play normal usually ends before lv 12.(or lv 7 avg in my average case)
So this amulet only ok for people who play lv up solo
and people perfer Teleport staff over this.

Favor Perfect Amethyst over Perfect Skull...
These days, I don't need that much Perfect Skull, it is less encourage to pay in Perfect Skull but it will treat slightly better than Perfect Gems.
