A couple pgems at most. You need a decent prefix (all res, +3 skill tree, etc) along with the tele charges to have any real value.

it is early amulet, you can try .
But the player play normal usually ends before lv 12.(or lv 7 avg in my average case)

So this amulet only ok for people who play lv up solo

and people perfer
Teleport staff over this.

Please be aware, all my trade is in non ladder d2r. Not warlock.

It helps moving around, but repair cost can skyrocket. Make sure you have
Gold find gear and sell expensive items like wands, scepters etc. so you don't run out of
Gold recharging the amulet.
