I don't know much about low level dueling other than the fact that it exists, but since the level required is 30 I was wondering if this could be any good or worth trading.

LLD is super picky. Most people want items that hit exact level breakpoints (like lvl 29 or lower). At lvl 30, it might miss the cutoff for true LLD, but maybe good for mid-level duels.
