Description
Low level Tri-res Boots with just about nothing else on them xD! Figured I'd check. The javs have nice mods but no IAS and only 2 skills so idk if usable when upped.

IMHO both have no value. The Boots have not enough res and no frw and you already noted it yourself for the javelins. Not enough skills and no ias means Titan's Revenge is better. The damage comes mainly from Lightning Fury while the physical dmg isn't really important for a java. It's mostly good for life and mana stolen per hit but you want +skills and ias to increase your killspeed.
