This is out of my comfort zone but several Jah.
People look for 24fhr 30 str 60 life. Res are not that important (even mana is better in Belt) but 2 high rolled res should account for something. I'm afraid those missing 17 life are dragging down the value a lot but even then 3 Jah should be lower limit.
