worth to make Delirium ?

Hi and welcome,
BO helms are mainly used for PvP, but they have to be way better than just a +3 to BO and the two others affixes don't synergie with BO.

If you're planning to sell it, no, don't make a Delirium before. It has no trade value.
If for self use in PvM, do what you want but IMHO, switching helms for BO at the begenning of each game is super boring.

So my opinion is

Delirium makes sense as prebuff giving +5

Helm is a normal base item with required level 15. It just doesn't make sense using it for required level 51 rune word item which Delirium is.
