if I recall correctly the sum of res is still not gg and sadly lightning is missing, too. But do they still have some value?

Above 80 summed res is the usual minimum to get value, + 20 frw / 10 fhr / 6 dex are all good affixes. So yes, I think it can have some value though the miss of light res is indeed annoying.
You should not be too far from the Lo to Ber range I think.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
