Not sure what to do with it... Sell unid? Zod it? Hire act3 merc? Or just Charsi it after it breaks down

its -19/+10 with 180def. So I am gonna Zod it for sure for self use. I am still not 100% sure if I want to use griffons or kira with more skillers instead of res charms (I really want max all res).

I've been using Act 3 merc with my Pally and I am actually finding it quite strong. Not strong like Act 2 or Act 5 with OP gear, but pretty solid if you can keep them alive.
My third Vex rune on Nightmare in less than 30 days. Pure luck, as I've been playing D2 since 2006 and never found a single Vex before, not even on Hell.
