Just began Worldstone Keep. And was right below the waypoint when the very first pack dropped a Vex rune.

I keep seeing and hearing so much how people drop hrs on their way to Baal... I just dont get it, how, why, whos nipples I must tickle to have that? and worst of all, yes, you'd think tickling someones nipples was the worst but it is not, worst of all the place is infested with souls most of the times making it impossible for myself to run through as 75% lr means nothing to those souls of c-nts.
I mean, once again, with Enigma im sure it wouldnt be a problem but try to run after souls with a hammerdin... Hammers barely hit anything to begin with.
Have you tried using a Thundergod's Vigor? I always keep one in my stash, just in case I need it for worldstone keep.
That was the first high rune that I have found in worldstone since I began playing Diablo 2 again about 5 months ago. I hope to find more there now. My summon necromancer runs worldstone much better than my sorceress does.

I made a Blizzard Sorc and spent 2 Jah today on her. She was barrowing my Nova sorcs torch so I swapped back after picking one up for a Jah. I decided to do a run on my Nova sorc and guess what dropped.

That is the only way ive managed to go against them. Right now I havent found the Belt, tbh havent found the Belt at all in d2r which is hilarious as in original diablo I kept finding it couple of times per season.
I was farming TZ Andariel and she dropped a unique amulet. I was thinking that it would be a common drop like Mahim or Nokozan, so I let Deckard Cain identify it during the next game. I immediately got a huge shock!!! I finally found the rarest unique amulet, completing my Holy Grail for this category.

Come to think of it, the vast majority of the good stuff I've ever found in Diablo 2 was found on my way to places rather than at the destination. There ought to be a cautionary D2 tale about a hare with Enigma and a wise tortoise with some spit and a Prayer.

True, yesterday I dropped a SoJ in the catacombs, in nightmare, on my way to Andariel, on a new char. Must have killed her 100s of times over the yeras, never dropped a single one. On my way there, it dropped from a banished, of all things.
what do people use cryptic swords for? Plague and Oath?
