I'm not good at HC prices but I'm going to venture that these aren't worth anything. Usually you need 100+ total res for tri-res Boots to be valuable. But I don't know if that applies to HC. I look at these and would prefer Nat's Boots. Better lite and cold res plus faster runwalk.

I would also say no value because the res is too low. A single res on Boots can roll to 40.
And Aldur's Advance and Natalya's Soul can have up to 50 total resist (min 40 and 30) with 40 frw.
