Some other ideas for a quiz:

• what is this rune (image shown, you need to input the name)
• which rune is <name> (images shown to choose from)
• what is this runeword (runes shown, either as names or images, you need to input the name) - everyone knows Enigma and Spirit by heart (well, almost everyone...), but what about niche ones, such as Holy Thunder or Prudence?
• what runes are needed for <name> runeword (you need to input the runes)
• questions about Diablo lore (not limited to D2)

Are you looking for a trivia game, or an opinion poll? Opinion polls seem to match the current ones better, so I'll suggest those.

* Who is your favourite NPC?
* Which boss is the most fun to fight?
* Do you usually open chests/stashes/etc.?
* When did you start playing D2?
* How often do you finish all the quests on a character?
* Did you start a new character for this ladder season?
