I have encountered this phenomenon a few times (e. g. two Highlord's Wrath or two Andariel's Visage in 24 hours). But now I am really sure that date and time affect certain drops. In any case, it seems to me to be a bit too much of a coincidence (I haven't found an Arachnid Mesh for weeks and now suddenly two in one day)...

I feel like there is something about time and date as well. All just speculation but i found SIX IK mauls yesterday in one sitting. SIX!!! This was just in doing pits/cows on my necro for like an hour.
