Lol, well you scored better than FULCRUM75 anyway. But it was close let me tell you - you had the same score, so I had to use the tie-breaker rules and you had one more exactly right item (not just same unique/rw/set/etc, but the exact right one, which is down to blind luck in a lot of cases). I mean, I didn't actually need to, but I wanted to evaluate all the submissions, even the ones that people had submitted just for fun (not to win) or, like in this case, ones that had been withdrawn from competition.
Oh, feels good to know I would have won either way .
The amount of time you have spent on this must be insane though!

Yes! You get it all. I hinted at it in the original post, but this build is loaded. The only thing it misses really is some paladin combat skillers (I often don't bother trading for them during ladder due to the high value). It can do it all pretty much - he was my main last season, and I did 100+ torch runs with him singlehandedly (Key farms and uber runs both). You can also technically spec him like a Hammerdin + Smite and ignore FoH if you prefer.

BTW, that Phoenix on uber smiter is an interesting idea. I was still under the impression, that 95 CB Grief + Exile build (Rattlecage + CB gloves + OW Belt) is the fastest tap based build for UT, but it seems 85 CB Draculs + Phoenix build is a bit faster:

As I am not a big fan of Blessed Hammer, was more thinking to send him towards the FoH + Zeal + Smite route
But his Spirit will certainly have a new warm home now ^^

Feels a bit wrong/sad to "win" with a 5th best guess (out of 7...), not gonna lie... on the other hand, there is quite a lot of nice stuff on her that might provide some solace
