Those are for a (PvM) magezon. Fire magezon is currently not a thing, for them those are obviously better to counter sunder.
From the skill trees, Bow/X-Bow is the least valuable.

As mentioned, resis are not the most valuable mod on gloves. Stats are.
Secondary desirable adds are resis, leech, knockback, crushing blow (which in part you get from crafting).

You got 2 desirable mods (Res), one okayish (EG, since PvM), one bad. The rolls are high (27/30) and medium (14/30) respectively.

So overall good but not GG gloves.
