Grail items cannot be edited

Browser: Brave
OS: Win 11
Steps to reproduce: Add grail item
Anything else to add:
Some grail items have 2 timestamps listed in the overview, like this (HC is my note):
Tal • 5 hours ago • HC • 5 hours ago • HC
If I click the checkbox, I get an error message that "Entry not found or you do not have permission to edit it."
If I go through the item page, and click the "Found" Grail link, then I can edit it. I tried deleting it and adding it back, but for those duplicated entries don't go away.
I have added 40 grail items today, and this only happened with 2 of them. Both were runes, but not sure if that matters.

@kmile did you add all of these entries manually or through the upload/import method? I'm trying to figure out what is causing these duplicate entries.
I just made a change - you should no longer see the duplicate in your grail tracker, could you please check for me that you can edit Tal and Nef entries now?
