If you have

Ist runes coming out of your ears, you can also put 6

Ist runes in it and use it on swap on a Hork Barb. Not at all uncommon actually, from what I hear.

I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.

Only possiblility to put sockets is in

Larzuk, cannot put sockets in cube. And it will get 6 sockets. Or make a Last Wish or put 6 ists for a pitzerker.

Grief is the better option unless you’re super rich and just wanna flex. Last Wish is cool on paper, but kinda overkill in most cases.

Grief is 5 sockets, so not possible in this case. The only 6 sockets rune words are Last Wish, Breath of the Dying, Obsession (staves only), Unbending Will and Silence.

Socketing recipe doesn't work on superior items, so only using

Larzuk always get you maximum available sockets, depending on item/ilvl.

Can't you just copy the save files before doing your rw then doing a rollback by restoring them and try again ?
Never played offline in D2R but that was possible in LoD.
