The Gidbinn is found in one of the Flayers' villages that spawn in the Flayer Jungle. It sits on a flaming altar in the middle of the village. When the altar is clicked, a unique Fetish that carries The Gidbinn plus minions will spawn. Picking up the item initiates Blade of the Old Religion.

For decades I could swear that the name of this Blade, at least how I pronounced it, was "Gibdinn" (the b and d swapped places), I wonder if there are others like me.
