Can be used to make Runewords:
Mosaic is always cool, but why having put them in normal bases ? That prevents from having automods and remove the little physical damage...
I suppose on ladder it's worth their runes at most but no more. In NL could be more, but in both cases you'll have a long time finding a buyer for such bases.

I didn't really think when making them, only realiseing afterwards that I was missing mods.
At least you have low requirements 
But typically the best bases for Mosaics are Greater Talons (exceptional but quick speed) and Runic Talons (same in elite) due to their fastest speed + the fact that they can have auto-mods.
