In much the same way as a dual-Dream Paladin, the dual-Dream Sorceress enjoys a great deal of utility from the combination of Ignore Target's Defense and -35% to Enemy Lightning Resistance. Increased Attack Speed, Mana After Each Kill, and the Chance to Cast Chain Lightning are all icing on the proverbial cake.
