These are tough to value. MAYBE 1-2 Jah? They are essentially high-res Nat Boots (which aren't worth much), but you get 11 extra light res. Cold res is least desired res. Only use cases I can really see are a javazon or a non-ES Nova or Lightning sorc. Even with that I'd still probably use treks for str, vit, and FHR. Or aldurs for the fire res and life.
