Necro Mara's with fcr and extra cold res

I'd like to get a 2nd (or more) opinion(s) on this.
Basically a Necro Mara's with 7 fcr and extra cold res.

I'm not into Necro but I assume those 7 can help with the 75 ans 125 fcr breakpoints (e.g. with viper and Spirit). It would also help Trang Oul with basically any break point. Of course, 10 and 20 would be better.

Regarding the affixe: (correct me if I'm wrong)
2 all skills - perfect
19 all res is near perfect, pretty good
40 cold res - perfect (not most desirable resistance but still good)
7 fcr - 10 or 20 would be perfect, still useful in some builds I guess

Some mana is just toppings and damage is irrelevant.

So, what's you price estimate?

I got an offer for 40 PGs which is in line with the lower end of my expectation.
But upper end would be around

Without 10 fcr, the help to get to the next breakpoint is low, so basically you have a bad

Mara's Kaleidoscope.

Hence, my bet would be around

Why do you think that 10 fcr is needed for necromancer? Most breakpoints are below 7 (as last digit)
Edit: Honest question, not a crituque. I honestly don't know what common setups for Necros are and where their usual breakpoint (issues) are.

Nearly every caster build will go for the highest FCR possible without sacrificing too much in gear to achieve that. Like most 200FCR

Nova sorc builds, they need to

Sacrifice BiS gear for FCR gear.

A B&P necro can achieve 125FCR without sacrificing anything, so 125FCR is the goal. That 5FCR last digit you are thinking about, is received through a 35FCR Spirit shield. So each 10FCR increment on an amulet allows the necro to swap out a 10 FCR ring for a SOJ.

I agree with Necrarch's valuation. I'd take that 40 pgems in a heartbeat.
