You could easily clear hell with this mofo but it still is a viable option even to this day untill you acquire something more useful.

Boasting +2 all Amazon Skills and +2 to Bow skills, this is a decent choice for a skills based Amazon, on top of the 20% IAS in my observation. The weakness for this weapon however, appears to be that it is divided on providing stats for a physical damage or skills based Zon build. The ED% is fair if rolled high, but inadequate for later stages of Hell, and the +skills is woefully inadequate if compared to a Melody bow rolled into a +3 to bow skills RW base. Lycander's is a bow which is decent to fair, and worth holding onto if rolled with high stats, but in terms of use it's divided between physical damage and +skills, and is definitely lower tier compared to even the humble
Eaglehorn.

Lycander's Aim is an excellent choice for
Freezing Arrow bowzon or hybrid with explosion arrow due to +2 to amazon skills and +2 to bow and
Crossbow skills. And it has mana leech, which is important for these builds due to high mana consumption. For physichal bowzons,
Eaglehorn,
Widowmaker or
Windforce are far better options.
