Can be used to make Runewords:
the IAS is what makes the javs BIS without it they are nowhere near BIS. Self use maybe, Attack speed is so important it can't be stressed enough.

A bare bones +6 S&J Maiden Javelin still occasionally sell for up to a Ber. Don't Charsi it, but expect to get around Vex- Lo for it.
