Are you just standing on pure Black?

That doesn't seem like a setting issue but rather some sort of bug. Unless you managed to somehow get a negative light radius. :P
So...reinstall / check graphics drivers I guess? Beyond that, no clue. Certainly not normal though.

After all, everything else is well lit it seems so overall brightness isn't the issue.

What is your operating system? Do you have HDR settings turned on? HDR settings are great for quality image but they also increase the dark areas. If you do have HDR on try an area you know is dark with with it off.

Please post offer in item trade before adding me on Bnet, I'm in EST time zone (E Coast U.S)

it is a Windows setting which why I asked what operating system you were using. Mac Os I would've understood but Macos not so much. :D

Apparently Macs have HDR settings.

Didn't recent windows update break hdr?
Maybe it is related.

Yeah, there's an Auto HDR feature in Windows 11 update 24H2 that may crash games (which Microsoft has confirmed), but it's not related to the OP's problem because he's on Mac.

I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.
