I agree with mockingbirdreal. 20IAS has a level req of 25 so you could get these gloves with 20IAS and still keep it below a lvl30 req.
Also life leach doesn't work in pvp and ed on Gauntlets is pointless since the defense is so low. A second res would have been better, or some life. So there are 2 wasted affixes here and the IAS could have rolled higher.

anyways, for a Io it's not worth the hassle. I'll probably dump it in a "free items" game...

20IAS suffix for gloves has a character level requirement of 32. So +1 Java with 10IAS is useful for lld. It might still be valuable for lld, but the ED and Life leech affixes will make these a hard sell for lld. Not impossible, just difficult.
