Can't you fight 2 Diablo Clones on the same game?

Hi

A few minutes ago, I had killed D Clone, and after return to town the /uberdiablo message was already at the stage 3 "

Terror begins to form within Sanctuary".
A few moments after I receivev the sequence of messages "

Terror spreads across Sanctuary", "

Terror is about to be unleashed upon Sanctuary" and "Diablo has invaded Sanctuary" and the screen started shaking, but I went to three uniques (

Fire Eye,

Eldritch the Rectifier,

Shenk the Overseer ) and none of them transformed into D Clone
I exited the game, returned to the same game and

Rakanishu didn't transform either...
A few moments after, still in the same game, again the same messages and the screen started shaking, but

Griswold didn't transform either (I didn't entered

Tristram before the messages)

It was a game with password, and according to the Game Chat no other user had entered...

I don't know if its a known bug, but in a game I fought Dclone, then went to farm

Chaos Sanctuary and Diablo didn't spawn. Maybe you can't fight 2 Diablos in the same game no matter if Dclone or OG.

This case is a know bug (I passed by it a while ago and create a thread here forums/normal-diablo-do-not-spawn-when- ... 36487.html )

In the case, as D Clone replaced one of the "Chaos super uniques", for the game you just killed two of the three "Chaos super uniques" and so the game do not spawn normal diablo...

Or I misunderstood and in your case D Clone spawned out of

Chaos Sanctuary and you actually killed the three "Chaos super unique"?

No, once DClone spawns in a game, he can never again spawn in that game.

Yep, killed Dclone in my favorite spot, palace cellar lvl3, and a while later went on to

Chaos Sanctuary. I killed the super uniques and activated the 5 seals, but alas, no Diablo

Maybe both bugs are in fact the same bug : only 1 diablo per game clone or normal...

I learnt that empirically too, so from then on I always start a new game once I've taken care of the dclone in the current one.

You need quite a bug for that for sure.

To sum up, here, it's not exactly a bug but the way it works, as said Knappogue : once per game at most.

Once you've killed DClone you have to exit and make a new game because he can only spawn once per game. You will still receive the messages but that's it.
