Typing '@' into the post editor failed to bring up the mention username-auto search.

Fixed using '@' for mentions in post editor- was a URL rewriting issue that cause the JSON data requests to fail.
Should work fine now @Beardozer test test.
All you have to do is type '@' and the first few letters of their username - then you can choose if from the mini-menu below.

I can see others doing mentions but unfortunately it doesn't work for me...

The little pop up list only shows when I type "@" and it goes away after anything typed after that (as on screenshots below).
I don't use adblocker on this site. PC, Firefox, Win 10 (everything up-to-date)

Someone much smarter than me already said once: "The real value of something doesn't reflect in a number of how much a seller can ask for it, but on how much a buyer is willing to pay."

If this works then thanks for the help Mr. not-so-Shadow Heart; and for everyone else mentions don't work for -- just type mention as a command a close it off like for bold or italic code (with [ mention ] and [ / mention ] without spaces).
