Then i can help you make a Oath runeword. I'll provide the Mal and Pul needed for making the runeword. The Shael and Lum you need to provide yourself. I'll also provide the base weapon if i have one or more available. If not you'll have to provide the base weapon yourself. A Ethereal weapon is needed for max damage.

If the base weapon have 0 open sockets, you'll have to use a Larzuk quest to get 4 open sockets in it.

As a rule there is only allowed one per person.
