What I run for all my new characters regardless of class:
Four things to keep in mind:
- Jewel Of Envy jewels socketed in items means high poison damage early game.

Skull gems socketed in a shield means all melee monsters kill themselves with all attack attempts.
- Replenish Life means less time going back to town or finding health potions.
- Half your

Belt filled with Stamina potions means less time walking.

Ancient Armor drop, which has over 400 def and no level requirement. Pretty sure I'm going to socket it but not sure what's going in it because it has 90 str requirement, so at least 1
