That's actually more valuable than than for low stuff too. After all its BiS for Faith.
What is difficult is it has to be a GMB + the 3 skills auto mod + superior + the 4os (as it's sup' you can't use cube recipe or Larzuk, the latter will put too many holes).
After that, how the Superior rolls is the difference between ~ Lo and tons of Jah (in NL SC prices)

For it to be any use in PVP it has to be super gg and have 2 open sockets, desired stats will depend on opponent.

Joking aside you can pick up Shako now on non ladder and ladder for a few Perfect Amethyst. Realistically this is self use only.

I constantly trade circlets like this for Ist per pop, very fast, in ladder games. Not really sure why you act like it isn't true, just because you haven't spent the time or effort into afking on an alt account.
Anyways, I'll be happy with my hundreds of Ist runes this ladder season, from " Charsi" items, as you claim

Pindle decided to gift me a Tal Rasha's Guardianship, and when I switched to Andariel she dropped... Lenymo. That's quite a feat in Hell I think.
