So i know “of the whale” is the go-to, but i just re-rolled a jewelers Archon Plate (original magic Archon Plate from a lvl 96 Terror zone) of +4 dex (only took like 400 rolls to get it).
Anecdotally the jewelers mod popped up like 1/100 re-rolls, i got another one but it was like damage reduced by 4 (i re-rolled it).
Here’s what i know i should look out for right now:
-FHR (17-24)
-damage/magic damage reduction (8+)
-+15 or more to strength/dex
-+30 to a single res (except cold)
So what are the other worthy stats i should keep my open for?

Res is a prefix so you won't get that with jeweler's.

Are the ones I could think of valid use cases for off the top of my head. Though that's not to say someone wouldn't get all creative and look for a frost nova proc.
Lower values prob. work for a few folks as well (which would then also include life/lvl).

I suppose if i found one with 30% lower requirements I’d probably keep that too
I think "of simplicity" (reduced requirements) also have use cases. (Edit : ok, you were quicker)

These type of armours are usually best for something requiring as many facets as possible (sorcs, javazons, elemental druids), or other characters looking to max out attack speed, then you fill the sockets with 15ias jewels with useful secondary mods (40ed/15ias), or duellers looking to max out stats, the best jewels for that are the ultra rare but powerful 30/9/9s - 30ed, 9 strength, 9dex, and a good final mod (usually life)
So whilst gathering the gems to re-roll my 96terror zone Archon Plate i found a “jeweler’s ancient armour of Defiance” from Charsi! So 220 defence, poison length reduced by 75%, 4OS.
Like it’s not the “best” jewelers armour, mid-range run/walk speed reduction, just meh defence and 3 more strength requirement than an Archon Plate… but it does look pretty sick on a paladin, necro, assassin and Druid
The best use would be for an immortal Nova sorc, but idk, it’s really hard to give up 30FCR from Skin of the Vipermagi, like i could still reach 105 if i craft a 20FCR amulet, and Sacrifice both ring slots…tough call
