According to him, the most valuable jewel out there is the "30/60/9/9" rare jewel. It has +30% enhanced damage, +60 attack rating, +9 strength, and +9 dexterity. There are plenty of other jewels that have high value, though, both magic and rare.
Magic only:
- Ruby-: 31-40% Enhanced Damage
- Scintillating-: 11-15% to All Resistances
- -of Fervor: 15% Increased Attack Speed
- 21-30% Enhanced Damage
- 6-9 Maximum Damage
- 6-9 Minimum Damage
- 5-10% to All Resistances
- 16-30% to any one Resistance
- 6-9 to Strength, Dexterity, or Energy
