Can be used to make Runewords:
Hmmm, nice ones, especially now that Mosaics are rather common even non ladder.
Mana stolen is probably not as good as life leech;, but for someone wearing a BK it's a nice addition.
STR and res are always good to have, they also allow to wear the corresponding sunder.
