Can be used to make Runewords:
2/30 with mana leech, high life, all res and light res to mitigate a sunder : yes it's definitely a good one for a lightning Zon in PvM.
The only thing it does not have is 2 os to put some Light facets to go really high, but would rate this in high runes ( Jah at least; maybe more).
Will not go crazy high however as it's not for PvP and PvPers are the ones that will spend super high.
Wait for a second advice, I am not good when it comes to high price ranges.
