Boots : not bad but not great. A few pgems or low-mid runes, but if you catch a Lem be happy.
Necro amu : now we're talking ! +2 / 10, decent life, 75 poison length red, 29 to light res !
Not sure to reach a Ber but you're probably not too far. Ohm-Lo-Sur-2Lo, would say, if you're lucky you can hope a Ber.

One question i want to ask is: what are good stats to look for on jewels ? I got tons of them stored like blue ones and yellow ones but dont know exactly what is good (apart from 15% ias/ fire res) can you please tell ?
- 15 ias + 20+ fres (for Andy visage), max 15/30
- 15 ias + 30+ enhanced damage (for physical damage in general), max 15/40
- 15 ias +8+ all res, max 15/15
- 15 ias + 10+ (Min or) max damage, max 15/15
- 15 ias + 3 mana after each kill for javazons
- there are also some special cases for low level duelling like min+max damage
All these have high value.
Less good values with similar affixes are not bad but not as high values.
