Can confirm that this bad boy has been delivered and I can't thank @Schnorki enough for this incredible gear!

Not only did he provide the gear, but also the stat/skill allocation to match so I can re-spec and slay the Council Members right away!

That's alright bud; I actually didn't remember either until this giveaway. I think the reason I forgot was because the gear was still on ladder at the time; it was like a month out from being available to my non-ladder character.
