All monsters have a NoDrop except Elites (Champions, Uniques, and Super Uniques): Important to note that Some Super Uniques have a 'Boss' classification (e.g.,

The Summoner) and since Boss's have NoDrop you will see some of those situations.

So yes, in the case of

Andariel she has a NoDrop - P1 is 45.2% and P7 is 4.2% (no party). Now, if you are Partied (there are additional "internal bonuses" that also reduce NoDrop).
