Second one : no trade value (or only some pgems), with no +skills and only 10 FCR. Still practical as temp for any caster.
First one : a good old 2/10 necro, all res is useful but only rolled at 10 (can be 20), no other significant value. The req level of 89 is annoying (but normal as it's a craft), by then many people can have better.
