I assume the socket is empty?
If yes this is excellent. 2/20 is nice for Pally and 3 big boosts in Str/Dex res is great. Sixth affix missing or taken by the socket is the only drawback.
However I don't know the Hardcore market. In softcore would be several to many Ber.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
