AFAIK no trade value as everyone is looking for 2/20 plus something good on rare circlets. Yours is only +1 to necro skills which usually means no value.

but +1/20/10rep/2os would hold trade value Bone however always want +2pnb as you mentioned and +2 all for high levels / 3/20/2os.
