Can be used to make Runewords:

There is no Ruby jewel of strength sold yet, it seems.
The 40% ed is quite looked after as it's max endhanced damage. Most often people want it with 15% IAS, probably the best possible suffix, to make the famous 15/40 that is worth a ton.
Strength is a very useful stat, and max possible is 9 on it, so it adds value to the jewel as it has a good roll on it.
Ah, found an entry finally - 40/9str went for Vex. Seems to be a fair price, try to sell it for this.
