Can be used to make Runewords:
Infinity has always worked non-ladder in D2:R.
Only the new runewords introduced with S1 are ladder only.
Only the new runewords introduced with S1 are ladder only.

Where can I find the information about the runewords introduced with S1?
Or on this website: Database > Runewords, under Misc you can filter for Patch 2.4.
